Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD)
Let us help you solidify the future of your organization and strengthen your leadership structure for years to come through a four phased approach focusing on 1) assessment, 2) planning, 3) training and 4) experiential learning. In the initial stage of LEAD, participants will undergo a formal assessment of their leadership and management interests, values, and skills. Phase 2 includes identification of mentors for each participant and planning for an Implementation Project. Phase 3 includes training based on the results of Phase 1 assessments. The final phase include taking the skills acquired, along with input from their mentors, to further implement and evaluate the effectiveness of their Implementation Project. This is a 12 month program.
