Opening for part-time cook, two to three days a week. Must be able to work weekends. Be able to fill in for Head Cook when on vacation. Prepare meal for approximately 40 – 50 individuals according to dietitian’s recommendations. Ensure proper cleanup of kitchen and dining room. Accept food deliveries and ensure prompt storage. Knowledge of safe food handling and storage practices. Must have high school diploma or GED. Preference will be given to applicant with minimum two years cooking for large groups.
